We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats, or live animals).
- Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
