Where We Ship

We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount — check our website for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly through the carrier's website.

Missed Deliveries

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Please follow the instructions provided by the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. Animal Alley Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately before your order is dispatched.
